The first of four days spent in New York for a conference. I also managed to make some time for sight-seeing.

Outside Macy's (On East 44th near Times Square I think), Snoopy keeps watch on the countdown to New Year's Eve.

The New York Public Library

A building that appears to have warped in the sun.

The World is not Enough opened this evening. A cinema just off Times Square was giving away this car (which looks a lot like Bond's car from the movie) in their opening-night promotion. The car was parked for several hours on a turntable in the middle of Times Square. No-one seemed to mind.
